Donut Coin

Princess Donut. No value, all fun.

Terms of use

Draft, 2026-09-16. Plain English on purpose.

What this is

Donut Coin (“DONUT”) is a hobby project: software, a small blockchain and this website, run by a private individual for amusement. DONUT is not money, not a security, not a commodity, not a token of anything, and it has no value. Nothing on this site offers to sell DONUT, and nothing here should be read as an offer, an investment opportunity or financial, legal or tax advice.

Using it

The market

The market page is a bulletin board. Users post offers to sell DONUT for Apple Cash or Cash App and other users take them. The operator does not hold, transfer, escrow or verify any money, does not take part in any trade, and does not verify the identity, honesty or solvency of any user. Every trade is a private arrangement between the two people in it, and either can walk away. The site records that a DONUT transfer appeared on the chain and nothing else. Apple Cash and Cash App are their operators’ services under their own terms; use them as those terms allow.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Donut Coin, the software or this site, including lost coins, lost time, lost electricity and lost dignity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for DONUT, which is nothing.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top tells you when. Continued use is acceptance.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
